For the Bayer Awards Ceremony 2026, SA Event Decor was entrusted with the transformation of the Radisson Hotel & Convention Centre into a breathtaking luxury experience inspired by the elegance and mystery of a star-filled night sky.
Designed under the theme “A Night at the Stars,” the ballroom was meticulously curated to evoke sophistication, warmth, and visual drama on every level. Layers of rich royal blue tones, luminous gold detailing, atmospheric lighting, and elevated styling elements came together to create an immersive environment that captivated guests from the moment they entered the venue.
A defining feature of the evening was the installation of over 3,500 metres of fairy lights, expertly suspended across the ceiling to form a spectacular celestial canopy. Combined with illuminated hanging star installations and dynamic lighting design, the space was transformed into a radiant architectural masterpiece.
The bespoke designer centrepieces became statement pieces within the overall experience — featuring luxurious florals, suspended celestial detailing, candlelit accents, reflective finishes, and carefully layered textures that delivered depth, elegance, and refined glamour to every table setting.
At the heart of the venue, the custom-designed stage commanded attention with its bold architectural presence, ambient illumination, and striking visual composition, creating a powerful focal point worthy of the occasion.
