What started as a standard conference setup at Riverside Sun was completely stripped back — making way for a full SA Event Décor transformation for Bayer, all within a two-hour window.

In came custom high-gloss tables, colour-coded to Bayer’s CI, setting the tone for a bold, structured layout. The space shifted — cleaner, sharper, more intentional.

Centrepieces followed, drawing from the world of agriculture and crop science — textured, grounded, and aligned to the brand’s story.

From strike to install, every step was precise.
